The Woolwich Arsenal Residents’ Association (WARA) brings together lease-holders and other residents. It acts as your voice for everyone living on the Royal Arsenal. We serve as a forum where you can connect with your fellow residents and leaseholders. We work through this website, and hold open General Meetings through the year. Once a year you elect the Committee, a group of resident volunteers from across the Arsenal.

- Support You: We’re here to amplify your voice and make sure you’re heard.
- Transparency & Accountability: We hold the freeholder (Berkeley Homes) and their estate managers (Rendall & Rittner) accountable to you, the leaseholders and residents.
How We Can Help:
WARA focuses on four key areas (Service Charge, Maintenance, Security, and Communication with Estate Management) to represent your interests. If you have ongoing concerns, we encourage you to share them with the Committee using the form in Contact Us page. While we can’t respond to individual issues via email, we will try to include your concerns on the agenda of the next Committee or General Meeting agenda. Following the meeting, responses and updates will be posted on our website Woolwich Arsenal Residents Association
